Start by meeting your group and guide at Luna Park or Flinders Street Station, depending on which pickup location you chose. Luna Park’s meeting time is at 7:15am and Flinders Street Station’s meeting time is 7:30am. Pile into a 1974 VW Kombi Van, and get comfortable for about a 3-hour drive to Grampians National Park.
Along your drive, enjoy window views of the areas you pass through as your guide tells some fun facts. Once you reach the park, your guide parks the van at Halls Gap Car Park.
From here, you'll begin your 7-mile hike. Grampians National Park is one of the richest indigenous rock art sites in south-eastern Australia, which is easy to notice as you walk. Snap pictures of the valleys below and of the natural wonders of the park. On your journey, stop by some beautiful waterfalls to re-energize with snacks, lunch, and coffee and tea.
After you make it back to where the van is parked, hop back into the car. Relax as you ride about another three hours back to the spot you were picked up from.
