We were asked to switch to the blue hole plus Dunns River falls as they did not have enough people for the original date we picked. My biggest issue with this trip is it was 13 hours in total instead of the advertised 8. Also they don't mention that the hike up and through the falls is actually pretty scary one wrong move and your done! I was terrified! The request for constant tips was also pretty annoying :(

They cancel the trip because of weather conditions which is understandable but it didn’t rain at all yesterday. At least they was nice enough to refund half what I paid for. Will try again next visit

Best tour guide ever

Our tour guide was Omar, and he was absolutely amazing. He showed up on time, and had great conversation the whole ride to and from. My friends and I mentioned amongst ourselves that we were hungry, not even 10 minutes later Omar stopped us by a fruit stand. We went shopping at great places, where Omar helped my friends and understand the currency better. After our Blue Hole experience, which was amazing. Omar took us to a popular food bar, and it was the best food I’ve eaten in Jamaica. Anywhere we wanted to stop and take pictures Omar was more than happy to do so. He also took us to get our COVID test at a cheaper location, because the only ones us ladies could find were costly. Overall I enjoyed my day with Omar, please ask to book with him and you won’t regret it.

Our driver Marlon was great, On our ride from Montego Bay to Ocho Rios he was a combination driver and tour guide. While we were all at the Blue Hole and Secret Falls, he stayed at the vehicle to safeguard our belongings. Our guides Tyrone and Akeem were also excellent making sure everyone was safe on the trails and slippery rocks. My only disappointment with this excursion was that it did not go to Scotchies as it stated in the description of the tour. We went to a restaurant called Tracks and Records which is affiliated with Usain Bolt, either through ownership or licensing. The only reason we chose this excursion over the many other tour companies that go to the Blue Hole was because it specifically listed Scotchies as the lunch stop. Viator should remove Scotchies from the description otherwise it borders on false advertising. Unfortunately, this was our last full day on the Island, so we never got to check out this world famous spot.

Our driver, Marlon, was very knowledgeable about Jamaica and gave us lots of information on the 2 hour drive to the falls. He kept us entertained, so the drive didn't feel that long. When we arrived at Blue Hole, we we're greeted by Gleneil and Tyrone who were the perfect tour guides. A few people in my party did not know how to swim. Even though we all had life jackets, we still had our doubt about getting in the water. They reassured us that they would not let us drown and stayed right beside us the entire time. It was an overall great experience.

The Blue Hole was beautiful. Started good with SNL tours with the driver...was surprised that he allowed girls who hadn't signed up to get on for an 27 for both. Then he continued to give them freebies, like a 40 photo dvd that several of us had to pay, then over charged us for a beer special so their dinner was free...he purchased a brownie for them but then insisted on stopping at ATM to make them pay 5. Everyone was concerned about time but he had to stop at very scary store for shopping so he would get his kickbacks. I was approached and told to pay additional 20 from what I paid at this website...ended up late back to waiting cruise ship...told to relax we were on Jamacia time mon. Lots of special deals and kickbacks...women stated they didn't feel safe, nobody liked the continual money request/begging. We will not return to this tour or recommend others to use SNL.

Awesome trip with the best driver Marlin! Choose Blue Hole over Dunns River Falls. I've done both and enjoyed this so much more. Climb to the top of 3 different water falls then either jump or rope swing into the blue holes back to the bottom. Marlin was the perfect driver for this day trip. He was full of info and wonderful at getting to know us, too!!

This was by far the greatest experience my husband and I ever had in Jamaica!!! We went to Jamaica for our honeymoon 5 years ago, this June we went for our 5 year anniversary. This is WAY better than Dunns falls, the short hike through the jungle was absolutely beautiful. The water is STUNNING with how bright it is. The falls are beautiful and the local tour guides were so fun! We had a slight mishap with our guide from Jamaica Action Routes, he ended up at the wrong resort but actually called around to the sister resorts to find us. I was so worried when our ride was late but when he told us of the confusion I was pleased that he took the time to call around and find us! He was so great and knew so much history about the island and pointed out awesome things along the way. He even picked me up a coconut to drink and eat! His name was Vinton Ashman, I highly recommend him! But back to Blue Hole, it's a MUST SEE!!!!

Highly recommend this tour! The tour guide on the bus was very friendly and was willing to answer all of our questions. She also discussed a lot of different aspects about the Jamaican culture which seemed to make the bus ride go by faster. As far as the Blue Hole and Secret Falls are concerned, absolutely amazing. One of the best excursions we did during our vacation in Jamaica. The falls are beautiful and it's a lot of fun jumping off of the rocks and swimming!

Times are wrong for pickup.Cruise ships 8 resorts 9.Waited at resort 40 minutes for group.Walk to blue hole very treacherous.Blue hole was brown ,not blue.Couldnt see rocks to walk .Only one store to shop.Restaurant waited forever for food and it wasnt good.Barely made it back to ship on time.

That place is amazing. But it just doesn't worth the money. There is no entrance fee to that place so I really don't understand why we should pay this price. You can take a price taxi it will be much cheaper for you.

The blue hole and secret falls is amazing place but my problem is with the price that you pay for this tour. There is no entrance fees to get in there... You need to pay 10$ for tour guide and that's it. Viator charge to much for this tour as it should be much cheaper.

Just amazing! Lindsay our guide was incredible, fun and full of knowledge. The Blue Hole and Secret Falls were beautiful and the guide there was fearless. This is a hidden part of Jamaica that even some of the locals don't know about. This trip is a must see and be sure and request Lindsay.
