I was not happy with this tour - not the fault of the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort, which are as magnificent as they look in photos.
My complaint relates to the tactics and lay out of the day, which - in addition to the actual sights - are designed to take the traveller to a number of retail outlets, where he is subjected to hard sell techniques, in order to make him buy something - carpets, gemstones, marble etc. These side trips are not mentioned at all in the tour description, but take up quite a portion of the day, and are embarrassing and difficult to handle. It seems to be assumed that the traveller is some kind of cash cow, whose wallet is limitless and whose only desire is to buy (very expensive) souvenirs, rather than getting on with the business of the day - which in my case was actually seeing the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort. I object strongly to being 'wheeled' into shops and made to feel that I can not leave without spending a lot of money. Of course, there is technically 'no pressure' - this phrase was mentioned several times - but in reality there is indeed unwanted and unwarranted psychological pressure.
If I had wanted to shop, I would have booked a shopping trip. If I want to see the Taj Mahal, that's what I want to see. This tour company should have the honesty to include these 'shopping opportunities' - as I am sure they will call them - in their itinerary, so that travellers are at least forewarned.
