Good service and competent driver but took quite a while to meet with him then we went to another terminal to pick up more people. These were dropped at 3 separate hotels across town and we were dropped last. This took more than 1.5 hours

After arriving from a 30hr flight with our baby we waited an hour for our pre-booked car. Included in the waiting were 8 calls to the booker to confirm the booking, location and time, again (we had an email confirmation that this had already been completed). When the car finally arrived, the infant seat we had requested - stating the age of baby - was in terrible condition, the buckles had been cut, and it was illegally fitted. The driver suggested we use it anyway. The service was so poor we ended up just getting a taxi at the taxi rank. Despite repeated complaints and cancelling our booking - not the least as it was not possible to legally strap in our baby to the car provided - we were still charged $150. These guys shouldn't be in business. Taxis from the taxi rank at CDG in Paris are quick easy and have all kinds of capacity - regulation baby seats, 5+ passengers, room for lots of luggage - and they are far more professional.
Wasted $40 just for the driver not to show

Save yourself the frustration and just hire a taxi or take the metro. Our driver never showed up and when I tried to call, I was hung up on. Learned a $40 lesson and won't repeat my mistake.

My driver took a while to show up. He called me first but I wasn’t ready. He left and was late about 30 to 40 minutes. He also appeared a bit impatient too.

After arrival at Paris Charles de Gaulle 2F at 7:55, the customer service was not yet open, and i could not get in touch with anybody to direct me on where to meet the shuttle, nor can i use the software to track the driver because of airport wifi not functional. I had to wait one full hour before reaching the customer service, only to be shamefully put on waiting call several times, until automatic drop of the line. All the witnesses around me were shocked and definitely convinced of the lack of seriousness of "supershuttle" when the information officer of airport hall 2F tried also to contact the phone number +33141471300 which was indicated, and the other one +33141471313, without any success. I finally left the hall at 9:10 to join Paris by Roissy-bus, then got to the conference at noon. My questions are the following: 1) why did supershuttle driver not use my phone number to indicate by SMS where to meet with him? 2) Is the cost of an SMS for better serving of your customer comparable to those of multiple phone calls made by me and the information officer (NB your software can easily verify)? 3) How do you intend to compensate this inconvenience which is of your total responsability?

Finding the driver, and their overall customer service once found, was unacceptable. No instructions on where the pickup was provided ahead time and their overall presentation could be best described as rude. I would recommend that people take a taxi or private car over this service.

You will save money by not using a taxi but will waste so much time waiting around for your shuttle to arrive, for the other passengers to find the pick up location, and then for everyone to be dropped off along the way to their individual destinations that it is so not worth it! I will never use this service again. Take a taxi, get there quicker, have more time for fun!

We went to the information desk at the airport (CDG) in Paris and they called the shuttle service (SuperShuttleParis) to confirm. We were told they would pick us up in 15 minutes and gave the location. We waited...a shuttle came, but didn't have our name on his manifest and left. 10 minutes or so later he returned saying to come with him because the main office didn't have a record of our pickup! We appreciated the actions of that driver who was concerned about us. We might still be waiting if it weren't for him. We'll not do business with that company again, however. We caught a cab to bring us back to the airport when we departed Paris.

I made two reservations for airport pick ups. One for me to be picked up at 2pm, the other for my daughter at 8pm on the same day. However, the driver didn't show up for the evening booking. After calling the no. 4 times, someone picked up the phone and said that they couldn't find the booking and there's no driver available. He asked us to take a taxi and said that the co. will refund us the money as well as the taxi fare. I searched so many times on this site, there's no way to file a refund online but calling the customer service no. But when i called the no., they asked us to file online. So confusing and i still don't know how to get the refund.

Our driver was excellent. The only reason we're not giving a 5 rating is that the directions to where we needed to go to be picked up at the airport were not too clear. it was probably a language problem more than anything else. The price was right and as I said our driver was excellent, maneuvering the heavy rush hour Paris traffic without a problem or worry.
