not worth it for 2 day pass

did not have the greatest experience with the 2 day pass. We already limited in time and hoping to get the most but was told once I picked up the pass that the Louvre stopped accepting the paris pass. We wanted to use the paris pass for Monday and Tuesday as we were leaving on the Wednesday. Also Louvre is closed on Tuesdays. Went to the Louvre on the Monday to buy tickets anyways and its sold out for most of the week. I have already called Viator to express my dissapoint as if I had known earlier I would have booked something earlier but found out too late with limited options. Also the pass includes a metro card but when I went to go use the bus to go to Palce of Versailles I was told no and to pay for the trip. If you are only there for .2 days I would say to purchase .the tickets to your attraction on your own as you already have limited time and you dont get to skip the line with the paris pass. I went to Palace of Versaille but had to wait 1.5 hour to get in. FYI for the big bus tour if you purchase a ticket after 4pm you get an additional day free as well.

Great, knowledgeable for guide!! We thoroughly enjoyed the bus tour. Our guide was able to introduce us to so many of the attractions that we later visited during our trip.

2 couples traveling purchased 4 Paris passes online. What wasn't clearly explained was the need to visit your store to pick up the passes. Being unfamiliar with Paris we spoke to a Big Bus driver showing him our vouchers, he kindly dropped us off at the store without charge. We used the passes on several occasions, but were extremely disappointed they did not provide us with "pass the queue" access at Versailles - our queue time was just under 3 hours!! We were not informed at any stage of the voucher purchase process that during our visit dates, most attractions would be closed on "Labour Day" in France, thus restricting our choices. Our experience in Paris leads us to conclude that the so called "benefits" of the Pass were not achieved.
There was good and not good.

We appreciate the kind and informative individuals who explained and went in detail about specifics for our days in Paris. Versailles was amazing but we were not granted skip the line and we had to pay $10 to enter the gardens. We went to another museum that did not allow us to skip the line. There were some frustrating moments but in the end we did save money.

The bus takes for ever to get around because of traffic and not enough stops between all the events on your package so you can't take advantage of most of them before you run out of the two days.

We loved using the Paris Pass. We entered every place without a problem or long lines. It was very useful especially when taking buses or metro. It was easy to use and the staff at the Big Bus Shop was very friendly. We enjoyed our visit to Paris very much.

This pass is totally worth the money if you are prepared to visit several things each day! Hop on hop bus is great for the first day to help get your bearings of where things are and what you want to see! Public transportation pass is very useful too! Easy to obtain and use this pass!

Day 1 of our hop on hop off was great. Our guide was very informative, announced all stops well in advance, and provided a lot of additional information about the sights and attractions around Paris. Day 2 of the hop on hop off tour was a bit disappointing because we had no guide and no stops were announced by the driver. This caused a bit of confusion about where to get off for each attraction. The Paris pass is well worth the extra money and got us skip the line entrance to the Louvre and a marvelous Seine river cruise. We would definitely recommend this tour.
