First off the person running this didn't even have the actual name of the safari reserve. Second it said that lunch was included in the description and when we booked over the phone they confirmed it was included. When we got there the tour guide said lunch was not included even after showing him a photo from the description. He sent the photo to his boss and the boss refused to honor it, which is horrible customer service. Third, the safari was okay. We have done a bunch of safari's before and this one is very small, very bumpy and not many animals. The lions also do not hunt on there own and are in their own separate area and the elephants are domesticated and have there own sleep area at night time. I understand its for poaching reasons however it's not a true wild safari. The best part even though we had to pay was lunch. The food was okay, but the location was awesome. It was overlooking the hippos which was so cool.

Hello. Thankyou for you’re feedback. We are truly sorry you were unhappy with your experience. With regards to the lunch it is standard policy on this tour not to include lunch. We are not sure where the mix up came but our booking notification did state the exclusion of lunch. Once again we apologize if’s there was confusion with this
