We had a most enjoyable and fun time with our tasting tour guide Valeria. She was extremely knowledgable about the coffee, tiramasu and. gelato and the history of the beautiful area between each venue. It was fun and interesting and delicious. Would highly recommend it.
Ilaria made this tour so memorable. We arrived late meeting up with her but caught her just in time. Her friendly spirit was so refreshing and you could tell she was very passionate about what she was talking about, a true foodie. She showed us the true essence of artisan espresso and I will never forgive her for it because I will never taste coffee as good as that. She took us to her favourite gelato and tiramisu joints. None were a disappointment! Such an amazing tour that I would be glad to do again shall I ever come back to Rome.
My friend and I throughly enjoyed this tour. All the places we visited were in reasonable proximity to each other. Our guide was very personable and she spoke excellent English. The Gelato and Tiramisu section were fabulous however the coffee section was not so great mostly because there was not much room, but we were pleasantly surprised by the espresso granita. The gelato tasting was great - I have a new appreciation for Pistachio flavour!
Our tour was exactly as described at the Viator website. Our guide was friendly, enthusiastic, and well-prepared. There were six in our group, and everyone seemed to enjoy the food, conversation, and narration.
