Overview

Spend the day exploring Scottish scenery and whisky on a full-day tour from Inverness to Cairngorms National Park and the Glenfiddich Distillery. Join an experienced guide for a trip through the park’s scenic highlights, then learn the secrets of Scottish distilling at a family-owned distillery that makes the best-selling single malt whisky on earth. This 9-hour tour includes round-trip transport from Inverness by a luxurious mini-coach, and it’s limited to six people for a personal experience.
  • Full-day tour of highland scenery and whisky from Inverness
  • Visit the highlights of Cairngorm National Park
  • Learn about Scotland's distilling traditions
  • Travel by comfortable mini-coach
  • Pickup and drop-off at a central location in Inverness
  • Small-group tour for personal service
Meet a driver at a central location in Inverness for a 9:30am departure, then board a mini-coach for the 24-mile (39-km) trip to Carrbridge, where you’ll have time to stretch your legs before the final 30-minute drive to Glenmore.
Upon arrival in Glenmore, start exploring the remarkable scenery around Glenmore and Loch Morlich, whose sandy beaches are a dramatic contrast with the surrounding mountains. At 1pm, continue to Grantown-On-Spey for a lunch break—meals are not included in this tour, but the guide can help you find the perfect place to eat.
The afternoon is all about Scottish whisky, starting with a tour of Glenfiddich Distillery, a family-owned distillery that was founded in 1886. See the copper tuns, wooden washbacks, and stone warehouses that produce Glenfiddich Distillery’s legendary single-malt whisky, then finish the tour with a dram of Speyside whisky (distillery tour own expense, roughly £10).
Following your tour of the Glenfiddich Distillery, begin the 55-mile (88-km) return trip to Inverness, where this excursion concludes at the original departure point.

Great tour, Duncan wa a fantastic tour guide, loved cairngorms, a true gem in the highlands. I'm not a whiskey fan, but the glen fiddich tour was very interesting and the wee dream tasting at the end was a very nice ending to the dat.

Although there were only 2 of us, Rabbies still took us on a wonderful journey. It is a new addition to their tours but our driver, the awesome Emily, did a fantastic job and was very knowledgeable about the area . The Cairngorms had its first dusting of snow and it was beautiful, cold, but beautiful. Absolutely loved the scenery and definitely recommend this tour, you wont be disappointed. Go Emily

I can definitely recommend this tour! It was a lot of fun.The stops we made were very relaxed and we were able to take our time to eat, drink and look around. Our tour guide was very enthusiastic and knew so much about everything! It was great!

Truly a full immersion experience. Our guide Duncan did an excellent job discussing relevant history of the areas we drove through and visited, as well as discussing current topics that are impacting the area. He had tracks of different types of local music, both past and current that he played for us. He bent over backwards to make the trip enjoyable for the whole family.

This was a really enjoyable full day tour, led by a young, very enthusiastic, knowledgeable tour leader. The visit to the Cairngorms was really interesting, as was the tour through Glenfiddich Distillery. The company who ran the tour, uses only small buses, therefore making for small tour numbers. There were plenty of stopping places for toilet visits, morning tea and lunch.
