Your cooking experience begins outside of the Peninsula Hotel in Tokyo at 2:20pm, when you’ll greet your guide and take a short stroll to the kitchen.
On arrival, you’ll wash your hands, don an apron, and get to work preparing sweet Japanese confectionary. Master the art of dorayaki, a honey pancake filled with sweet red beans, and sakura mochi, made using sweet rice.
At the end of your session, you’ll sit down to feast on the fruits of your labor, accompanied by an iced or hot matcha latte. Your experience finishes at the studio.
