Rise early and greet your coach driver at Mode Gauken Cocoon Tower, located a short distance from Shinjuku station, at 8:20am. Here, you’ll board a coach destined for the iconic Arakura Sengen Shrine, a 5-story pagoda smothered in pink flowers during sakura (cherry blossom season), where you’ll arrive following a 1-hour drive.
Your next stop is Kawaguchiko, a town located at the foot of snow-capped Mt. Fuji. Home to more than 300 cherry blossom tress, Kawaguchiko is one of the best places to view the blossoms in Japan. Capture photographs of the blooms and the scenic lake before returning to the coach.
Then, you’ll have two hours of free time at Gotemba Outlet. Inside one of Japan’s largest outlets, hundred of designer stores sell discounted clothes.
Your tour concludes with drop-off at your original departure point in Tokyo.
