Group was very responsive via Whatsapp prior to the trip starting and answered all our questions and accommodated our requests. Our driver (Kiki) was amazing and drove us to every location efficiently and safely, and was very punctual. Only feedback would be nice to have a dedicated guide who explained the various mountains, craters, blue fire to us in more details. Would definitely recommend this trip to others."

"Great tour! Guide Wayan was brilliant, took us to the swing first to avoid the cues and also to sample the coffee. Then the rafting was a great experience, had alot of fun. Be warned there are about 400 steps to climb down at the start and then up again at the end. Lunch was enjoyable enough for a buffet."

"We went to Ijen in late April and this tour was amazing! Our guide was Pebri and he was so kind and knowledgeable. We were meant to be picked up at 2.30am to see the blue fire but it was closed as there were too many toxic gases where the blue fire normally is and the crater entry time was pushed back to 4am. So we changed our pickup to 6am as we needed some sleep and the only reason to get up early is to see the blue fire. Pebri and our driver Fredy had no problem with this and we're very accommodating. They were there right on time and brought us some food as well 👍 We drove to the crater parking which took about 30 mins and Pebri organised all the tickets and parking for us. We then started the hike up which is about 3.2km (5km around the rest of the rim) and 500mish of climbing. The views were amazing and Pebri pointed out the different mountains and how Ijen was formed. When we got to the top there was a lot of smoke from the crater so we couldn't see anything straight away. We put on our gas masks that Pebri bright for us where all the sulphur rock and mineral are and then walked around the rim of the crater. Pebri "whistled" the wind to come and blow the smoke away with a traditional Indonesian kind of "wind whistle", like a rain dance. It must have worked as eventually the wind came and blew way all the smoke and we got some fantastic pictures. Pebri knew exactly where to stand and how long to wait for. Turns out others had been waiting over 2 hours and we only had to wait 10 minutes whilst walking around the crater rim. Pebri took some awesome pictures and videos for us as well. When we were leaving, Pebri helped to book our ferry to Bali as well and then our taxi and second ferry to the hotel. He was so helpful. All in all a great experience, would definitely recommend to everyone who visits Java and especially Pebri, what a guide."

He was so patient and really catered to what we wanted to do for the tour like get some of those amazing photos for memories of a lifetime!! We had a wonderful lunch at the temple with the stunning view of Mount Agung! Definitely recommend this tour with Ketut!"

"We really liked the tour. All of them are beautiful picture spots among the rocks and the sand. The padang Padang Beach was a little crowded but also because it is a small beach in between rock formations that is perfect for a quick swim and surfing. We had a nice lunch and walked around. The geger beach was the nicest one because it was long a with lots of spots to lay down and eat. A big shout out to Wayan our guide from Rio Bali tours.He went to the temple and stood in line to get us tickets to the Uluwatu Kecak dance.so we didn't have to stand in the sun to get us. He was awesome and went above and beyond. The dance was beautiful, it is a must do and well worth any wait."

"Our guild was so lovely, we really enjoyed our time with him! We asked for him to pick us up a bit earlier, that was no problem at all. The monkey forest was the highlight. It wasn’t too busy at all. We had lots of monkeys on and around us. Then we had extra time at the end of our tour, he suggested a coffee plantation. It was amazing!! Highly recommend this tour and company."
