Then, we continue along the Spanish coast from A Guarda to Redondela, where we will take the Portuguese Central Way to Santiago de Compostela.

Esta región gallega, conocida como Ribeira Sacra desde el s. XII, está ubicada en el sur de la provincia de Lugo y norte de Ourense, en el centro de Galicia, alrededor de los cursos del Miño y del Sil. La zona está salpicada de monasterios cistercienses escondidos entre bosques en ambas orillas de los ríos, así como bodegas, fortalezas, puentes medievales o pueblos abandonados, como Belesar, visibles sólo con el descenso del caudal del rio.Zona vitivinícola con D.O. Ribeira Sacra, la principal uva que podremos degustar es mencia, pero también godello, cultivadas en terrazas junto al Miño y el Sil, entre los espectaculares cañones que forman los ríos.
