"So thankful we booked this private tour with Anna and Mauren (unsure of spelling)! They were able to handle the ticket process for us, which is very confusing through the castle's main website. We had four adults and two kids (3 & 4 years old) with us, so it was nice for someone else to drive us through the small towns and few winding roads. Anna was always so quick to answer any of my multiple questions through email and WhatsApp. Mauren was so accommodating, kind, and HELPFUL! Very knowledgeable and educated us on everything. We even got to meet my husband's Dad's cousin with the spare time prior to castle entry--we can't thank Mauren enough for translating and helping us find this cousin. It was so, so special The Neuschwanstein Castle is so beautiful and happy we decided to tour it, even with my 4 year old. There were many steps inside, so if you have bad knees may be a little tougher. Very, very pleased with the ease of Viator booking and communicating with the host!"

"This was such a beautiful trip! There is a small cafe with beer and wine at the top It was super cloudy and foggy when we went but still worth the trip!!!! Lots of stops on the way up and down with a lot of food and shops halfway, also an alpine zoo that we didn’t visit The views were spectacular"

"I had originally booked to go on the Friday but was informed by the instructor Lorenz that the weather was best on Thursday. As I was flying in that day I was hesitant but he was very accommodating and waited until I arrived from the airport. I arrived with my luggage which he then kept safe for me whilst we went paragliding. The weather was amazing and I’m so glad he asked me to come the day before as the next day the weather really took the turn for the worse as it started snowing heavily and I would’ve missed out on the experience all together. The session was perfect and I felt safe the entire time as he was very informative and obviously knew what he was doing. It was honestly an amazing experience and also got the chance to do a few spins/tricks in the end which was amazing. I would recommend this to anyone and thought Lorenz was an amazing instructor and the scenery was breathtaking."

"It was always a dream to see Neuschwanstein castle and it didn’t disappoint! There were no tickets available to tour inside but we decided to go anyway. There are lots of opportunities to see it from different angles and get up close to it. We really enjoyed the tour inside Linderhof which is an amazing place. The tour provided great information on King Ludwig. Patrick our guide was very friendly and helpful. Overall, a great day!!"
