The bike tour was great. It was everything I expected it to be and more. We got a great overview on the history of Texas. We biked all along the lake, river, saw Barton creek (personal favorite), got fantastic views of the city from various locations, biked down Rainey street, saw all the neat new construction surrounding the city, went into the capital building and finished the trip biking along river ways that you would not know about if you did not live and explore Austin. I recommend this tour to anyone who want to see Austin parks, water body’s and downtown. I have to give a shout out to George our amazing, fun tour guide. He is very knowledgeable, organized a fun quirky tour with lots of history and hidden insights into Austin culture and downtown expansion. I would have him for my tour guide again when I am back in Austin.

My daughter (on college spring break) and I traveled from Michigan to Austin, Texas. We did a variety of activities but our favorite was the bike tour of Austin. Our guide, Cody, was knowledgeable, funny, and allowed us to set the pace. If you’re staying in Austin for a few days I’d recommend taking a bike tour early in your stay because you’ll learn about all sorts of fun things to do and explore further. A great adventure, one that my daughter and I will do again!
