This was one of the best tours that I took while in Barcelona. It was on my final full day. Was a fantastic way to finish my vacation! Do not miss this opportunity to see the beautiful beaches. Lunch was awesome as well.
This was advertised as a small group tour, but there were about 20 of us (I do not consider that "small group") and that is the reason I did not give it a better rating. We had an excellent tour guide named Miguel. He was very personable and spoke throughout much of the ride which is something we enjoyed. The weather was a little on the cooler side, so we did not go in the water but did enjoy the sites. We are glad we decided to go into the botanical gardens since that was one of the highlights (the BEST pictures of the shore). Lunch was very unexpected (in a good way). There was an abundance of food and it was all explained nicely. The rest of the afternoon was spent strolling through another town. Money well spent!
We recently took the Costa Brava small group tour with Sergio and are still raving about the day. Sergio spoke English beautifully and answered every question we had with humor and patience. He took us to the most divine restaurant in Blanes where we had what was the best meal during my entire stay in the region. The tour includes a visit to a castle in Blanes, a free hour spent in the beautiful Marimurtra botanical garden which was the highlight, lunch and a stop in Tossa de Mar for another hour of wandering around. I highly recommend this tour as well as Sergio. He was top notch! We even had a birthday in our group and he went out of his way to put a candle on her dessert at the restaurant. It was an unforgettable day.
Miguel did a fantastic job leading through our last day on our vacation. What a way to end our vacation with a day filled with gorgeous scenery and a delightful traditional Spanish lunch. Miguel gave us just enough information to be informative and plenty of time to explore and enjoy the area on our own. One of the choices to visit was the botanical garden. Visiting in October there were not a lot of flowers, but the area was beautiful. Best of all the views of the ocean were magnificent. If you want a day to enjoy yourself with beautiful scenery this tour is for you.
This was a great tour and our guide, Jordi, was fantastic. The locations we visited were breathtaking and the group lunch was phenomenal (a lot of food, all very good). I highly recommend this tour. There is a bit of walking, so be prepared for that & you will have the options of beach or exploring, so plan accordingly.
This tour provided the perfect balance of structure and freedom to spend your time however you please. The van was comfortable, only an hour-long ride from Barcelona to Costa Brava to experience two beautiful beaches and a traditional Catalan lunch.
The trip was a nice introduction to the Costa Brava as it provided pleasant and educational exposure to the region which included history, geography, food, architecture and more. The guide, Xavier, was a super nice and knowledgeable guy. I recommend this experience to anyone for their first introduction to the Costa Brava.
A great way to see some of the smaller coastal towns and beaches. Although our meal was fantastic, it would have been over the top if we had lunch at a restaurant right on the water. Our guide and driver were both great and very friendly.
