Choose a morning or afternoon trek and meet your adventure guide at the operator’s office in Bend. Get fitted with a rental bike and helmet, then hop aboard a shuttle to the trailhead. All trail options will suit beginning mountain bikers, but your guide will customize the route depending on the exact ability level of your small group. Expect to cover anywhere from six to 12 miles (9.7- to 19.3-km) over three hours, contingent on pace and stops.
Learn skill-improvement techniques as you wind through ponderosa pine forests or along babbling creeks. The single-track and double-track trails through mostly flat terrain are perfect for safely practicing new skills and appropriate for both adults and children. Ride at your own pace, pausing to snap photos of the stunning scenery or refuel with water (in your complimentary souvenir water bottle) and healthy snacks. Your guide can carry your camera if needed.
The tour returns to the starting point, where a refreshing glass of Deschutes Brewery beer or Humm kombucha awaits!
Please specify rider skill level in the “Special Requirements" field when booking. Failure to do so may result in cancellation.
