Morning & Breakfast Wine Tour in Medoc

The comment concerns essentially two points: a photo stop that could have been deleted according to you and the breakfast. Here are a few details: The photo stop you mentioned is the Château Margaux, one of the most famous wineries in Bordeaux and well known by wine lovers. For your information, many people are happy to take a photo of Château Margaux. The photo break lasted only a few minutes. Concerning the breakfast, there was no bad surprise and everything was written in the description. It is well written that it was offered to you a croissant, coffee or tea as well as orange juice (you did not have to choose between the hot drink and the orange juice). I’m a little surprised by the second part of your comment. Contrary to what you say, I was your guide that day, and I can assure you that you did not have breakfast next to the car. I opened the trunk of my car to give you croissants, hot drink and orange juice then you went to have breakfast in the garden of the winery on a bench. Two people stayed with me (two people who were not part of your group) because they were asking me questions about the vineyard while I was cleaning up. I never made you stay by the car for breakfast. It was very nice that day, so I preferred that we stay outside rather than inside the winery to have breakfast. In terms of price, I’m hearing that you think it’s too expensive. I just remind you that you paid 63€ (indeed a discount was granted until August 10). The tour included 2 wineries with 5 tastings in total as well as 1 croissant, a hot drink and an orange juice. When you write that "you expected more", I am very surprised. You had all the information concerning the wine tour before you booked it and I repeat, you had no bad surprises during the wine tour everything unfolded as planned. I am sorry you hadn't enjoyed your time with us as much as you would have anticipated. Kind regard
