When your cruise ship docks in Bruges' port, you can easily travel to the historic city center with this round-trip shuttle service from Zeebrugge. Hop on the shuttle for the 20-minute (approximately) ride to Bruges, then take the shuttle back when you’re ready to return to your ship in the afternoon. Shuttles run every 30 minutes between 8:30 a.m. and 12 a.m., so there is no delay in getting back and forth to Bruges city center from your cruise ship.

We welcome all our customers at our headquarter just in front of the Cruise Terminal. From there on the shuttle bus will leave every 30 minutes to Bruges.

Our cruise ship couldn’t stop at the port because of weather. We not only didn’t get to see Bruges, we didn’t get any of our money refunded. Don’t make a reservation in advance.

Dear Owen Many thanks for your message. Your cruiseship 'ROTTERDAM' has indeed cancelled their port call on 21/10/2020 at 'Zeebrugge'. Unfortunately we do regret your message stating that there was no refund? As every other booking we received for the cruiseship 'ROTTERDAM' which would have been arrived yesterday 21/10/2021, also your booking was 100% refunded. As a matter of fact, we submitted the refund on 20/10/2021 at 11:57 PM. So the day before your arrival the 100% refund was already 100% submitted. Besides this we messaged you about this 100% refund on 20/10/2021 at 11:56 PM via the 'mesage traveler' option of Viator. It is no fun for everyone that a port is cancelled but we do guarantee a 100% refund for every cruiseship which is unable to dock Zeebrugge due to unforseen circumstances. Inexpensive return transfer to Bruges from Port

Very, very close to port exit building. Very efficient with tickets. Coach departed on time. An easy 25 minute journey. Drop off at a convenient location to begin walking through the old buildings and alongside waterways to the centre of old Bruges. Coaches departed every 30 minutes from 13.30 to return to the ship.

Day trip from P&O cruise ship docked in Zeebrugge. Coach office adjacent to Cruise Terminal, and very quickly we were on clean, modern coach on way to the bus park close to Bruges city centre. after leaving the coach we noticed an old barge which had been turned into a restaurant. Great place for a coffee or even a full meal. Been to Bruges many times since we were kids (now retired) and it is still such a special place in Europe. Used Viator before in Hawaii and great service there, hence using them in Belgium.

Direction could have been better

Sorry but would have given 5*s if the direction of how to get to the pickup point at the port were better. Had to go back into the port office to ask for direction along with other customers looking for the office. When you come out of the port via the free shuttle bus, Turn left, left again, CROSS the road to where the BLUE/GREY flags are flying, GO through the gates, office is there on right hand side. Well worth doing, Much cheaper than P/O Thank you anyway.
