The place was hard to find. Neither of the building on the map were open in fact you need to continue walking past them to a area look like a carnival but the next building will have EPIC on it. I walked around for hours, thought Viator had lied to me but there is a information place on O'Connell street that helped me find the building. After finding it I am glad I took it but wasted time was not fun.

TOUR OPERATOR COMMENT: First of all thank you for your perseverance and we're glad to hear you enjoyed your visit. We regret to hear you had such a difficult time in finding us. We have noted that some visitors sometimes mistake our location as being in The Custom House itself, when in actual fact we are located in The CHQ Building on Custom House Quay, which is a 3 minute walk further east along the river. At the time of your visit there was a Christmas fair taking place outside our building, which is a temporary seasonal event.

It was a pleasant afternoon. My husband spent close to two hours with the professional genealogist who was most helpful. I highly recommend VIATOR as this was my second tour with them and have been pleasantly surprised with how professional they are.
