Rainforest El Yunque Tour

We had an amazing experience and our tour guy was the best!! we will most definitely do this again!!!!

Our tour guide Alex was the absolute best. We got lucky and were able to do the tour on our own. He was very patient, helpful, informative, and funny. It was like getting a tour from a friend. When we got to the last cliff jump he waited patiently for me to build up the courage to do it. He sat there the whole time and encouraged me. Once I jumped he met me at the bottom and congratulated me. I would say that if I had to do it again I would only do it with him because I feel he made the tour complete.

My sister, neice, daughter and I had the most exhilarating, strenuous, muddy, fun, magical and beautiful time of our lives!! Will definitely do it again. Sights like we have never seen before. Awesome guides! Kept us safe.

Alex was an amazing tour guide, he let you now that you were going on a real hike and some areas you better be ready for. Overall it was a great experience and the water activities were a nice experience. I’d definitely recommend for anyone who wants to experience the Outdoors.

It was horrible they took my money knowing they were going to be closed and I’m still waiting for A reply for my refund

The tour guides were what made our experience amazing! They were helpful, funny, knowledgeable and I would love to go back and have them be our guides again! I am rather inexperienced when it comes to hiking in the rain forest but they helped me the entire way. When I was shaking with fear to jump off one of the rocks into the water, one of the guides came to me and held my hand until I was able to let go! I will never forget this incredible experience because of them.

Roberto greeted us at Ralph's Supermarket with his crew. We all followed his car to the entrance of El Yunque. He led our hiking group, stopped to talk about the ecology, trees, animals, etc. He was friendly, sweet, informed. This is not an easy hike. You will be walking through some sticky mud, climbing steep terrain, bouldering and walking through rivers. You will get chances to jump into the rivers by rope, diving or natural water slides. Its incredible but not for the faint-hearted. That being said, I'm not an athlete. In fact, I could stand to lose a few pounds but the guides were really helpful in getting me from one rock to another and as long as you try, you should be fine. Be okay with falling, missing the mark... chances are you'll get a little bruised up but the experience is worth it.
