After hotel pickup in Ho Chi Minh City, your day tour starts with the drive to an agricultural village and cooking school. When you arrive, meet your chef, who provides you with a Vietnamese hat. Then take a tour around the farm to see the cows, buffalo, duck, chicken, and fish, plus vegetables, herbs, and spices used in cooking and for medicinal purposes.
During your cooking lesson, you'll make four dishes under the guidance of your chef. Learn how to prepare simple and healthy dishes during the hands-on experience, which ends with a certificate of completion and recipes you can take home.
After eating your creations, head back to the city to visit Cho Lon Market in Chinatown, where you can browse the array of goods for sale. Then continue your city tour with some Vietnamese history at the War Remnants Museum, and admire the French-style architecture of Saigon Notre Dame Cathedral and the Central Post Office. Your tour ends with return to your hotel.
