Wrong Car, confirmation needed, Good driver attitude

Driver turned up with a Van for 2 adults and a 2,5 year old. Car seat was not set up (apparently, company rules as they want the aprents to do it themsleves and check for safety) That took a bit long as van had no usual seatbelts. Baby Seat was not great but did suffice.
Pick up needed to be confirmed by phone despite indicating pick up time at booking time.
Driver was friendly and expalined attractions en route

Thanks for taking time in reviewing .We always provide service with spacious vehicle like Hiace High Roof /Camry/Prado so that customers can travel in comfort.Our vehicles are new and all have appropriate seat belts with head rest seats in mini van.I apologize from our end that baby seat was not fixed and we have no rules that parents have to fix them. In fact we have appropriate straps and belts for baby seats which i assume were not offered.I will look at this matter and surely improve for future customers.As per your departure transfer ,we always call and confirm again as its important
