Our guides, Carolyn and Lillian, were knowledgeable, pleasant and gracious. We saw approximately 39 species during our 4 hour trip, many of which were lifers for several of the birders. Would choose to do this trip again if given the opportunity if we could work with either one of these guides. Would highly recommend
This was a great bird watching tour. My niece and I booked a half day tour with Carolyn. She picked us up promptly at our hotel and took us straight away to a nearby location we would never have known was there. Then we went to a couple other places --- again we would never have known these places were available to us. In just a few hours we saw and identified 30 birds including 10 new ones for my count.. It was so very hot August but we loved the tour. I do highly recommend it if you like birding. Carolyn really knows her birds and where to find them.
I had 5 target birds in The Bahamas: black faced grassquit, red legged thrush, thick billed vireo, bahama woodstar, and
western spindalis. I got them all on Carolyn Wardle's trip at the first stop! In less than 4 hours, we had almost 50 species
around noon on February 5, 2017.
