Drivers were on time and very friendly. Nicely washed and polished air conditioned navigator and limo picked up my family of 5. Will definitely use this service again
Our pick up driver was spectacular - and have us a lot of info. Our return driver - was not as informative and we thought the tail end of the vehicle
Was coming off. But they were on time and we got to where we need to be.
Excellent service! We were delayed upon arrival in customs, but our driver was waiting right outside for us. We had an extremely early departure flight going home 6am!. The car was waiting at our hotel by 430am to take us to the airport. I would definitely use them again.
Our trip to the Atlantis was great. No surprises. The return was fantastic, the driver could have been a tour guide with his knowledge of the history of the area. I love Viator transfers as you land somewhere new, after a long tri, and you get picked up by a smiling face that gets you to your destination. I've always had perfect transfers..THANK YOU!!!
Round trip was on time and a very courteous driver both ways.
Felt it was a bit pricey given that there is no shortage of taxis on the island.
Given the fact that the driver was waiting for us was indeed a bonus after a long flight.
This was so easy and professional, it's the only way I'll go from the airport to my hotel in the future. Booking was easy, driver was professional and friendly. Our drivers were easy to find and they took great care of our larger group. Would definitely use again.
Our driver, The Dutchess, was phenomenal! She was on time and waiting for us with smile and a sign. The Escalade was clean and comfortable. The trip was enjoyable, safe, and informative. In short, a perfect airport transfer experience from Nassau Bahamas Airport to the Atlantis Cove.
Our pickup from the airport was very good, someone was waiting for us at arrivals and showed us to the SUV we'd book. The driver was pleasant and courteous, and the vehicle clean and tidy and as good as we had expected. Unfortunately our good impression was spoilt on our return to the airport, as our driver did not turn up at the given time to collect us. After several attempts to contact the transfer company, we eventually managed to get hold of them 25 minutes after we were due to be collected, and were informed that the driver had had a blowout. To give them their due, they did then immediately organised a replacement vehicle, although it wasn't the type of vehicle we had paid for, but prior to us telephoning them, they did not attempt to contact us to advise of a delay. As we were catching an international flight, we should have been at the airport at least 2 hours prior to departure, but eventually go there with only just over an hour to spare, which caused us some stress that we really didn't need.
The driver who picked us up at the airport must have had a medical problem. He crossed into oncoming traffic at least 15 times between the airport and our hotel forcing oncoming cars to leave the roadway. He fell asleep or was in a daze at downtown inrtersection and only started going after vehicles honked their horns. After arriving on Paradise Island he ran into a curb and we were thrown off our seats. He appeared to have blacked out. We were in fear of our life. I asked him is he was OK and said "I've had a bad day". Yes, me too after that!
The return trip to the airport was perfect!
