Make your way to Paris’s oldest covered market to browse the colorful vendor stalls and sample fragrant French cheeses along with wine.

Stop in at a neighborhood brasserie (casual restaurant) to soak up the ambiance and enjoy a savory serving of croque monsieur sandwich or French pie. Finally, finish the tour on a sweet note with nibbles of some of Paris’s best chocolates and French macarons from a confectionary, plus a special secret dish.

Christophe was amazing. He's lived in le Marais for 50 years and knows all of the ins and outs. He was also a wealth of knowledge about Paris. Le Marais is a very cool neighborhood that doesn't get enough credit! I'd visit again! We had several stops on the tour to enjoy croissants, coffee, warm baguettes, chocolate, wine, cheese, macaroons...it was all delicious. And all throughout the tour Christophe would stop to explain history, culture, and food. I would highly recommend this tour.

This is a wonderful way to see a charming and historical district of Paris. Marianne was delightful with lots of energy, charm, and a good sense of humor. There are plenty samples of different foods, desserts, and wine. We have taken many food tours and this was one of the best, not only was the food tasting interesting but Mariannes personality added to making this a special tour.

This tour is not to be missed especially if you are lucky enough to have Christopher as your guide. He is personable and very knowledgeable about an area where he grew up. All of the food we tasted was varied and delicious. He was very attentive to any special likes or dislikes that any of us had. He even found a treasure of a place that had great falafel for one of the group members who expressed a desire to try it. What was suppo9sed to be a 2 hour tour turned into a 3.5 hour tour after he asked if we wanted to see and taste more food. Not to be missed, but you need ti request Christopher!
