Private Day Tour to Rundale from Riga

We booked this tour as the Rundale Palace was recommended to us. Our guide arrived and picked us up from our hotel on time. His car was an older Ford people mover so don't expect limo service in terms of the vehicles used as they are literally privately owned vehicles. The guide was great and he gave us a narrative on our trip to Rundale, around 60 minutes from Riga, he got us into the Palace and then gave us a comprehensive tour. We had lunch in the basement around half way through and then had a chance to explore the gardens and take photos before heading back to Riga. The whole trip probably took nearly 7 hours but it was worthwhile to see the countryside and the Palace.
