I purchased six tickets through Viator for a guided tour of the Vasa museum in Stockholm. My responsibility for a fabulous vacation in Stockholm was to schedule this tour for six people. We arrived 10 minutes early to the museum and found our spot to meet the Viator guide. He never came. At 10 minutes after the designated time, we called Victor who said they didn't know what happened. They claimed they tried to call the guide and he didn't answer. At this point, the line to get in for an unguided tour was an hour long. How humiliting for me! I will never book with Viator again and will recommend the same to everyone I know. I will never get that time back. I will be sending my review on Trip Advisor. Lynn Smith
Unfortunately we missed the tour. We walked from the ship and we were 20 minutes late. We were very disappointed to have missed it because all the other Viators were super. The fault was our own. Make sure you plan on getting to you tour on time. We did go into the Museum and it was amazing.
