All instruction and equipment are included for this adventure, which takes travelers on a 3-mile (5-kilometer) trek down the side of Signal Hill, into Bo Kaap, and on to Table Mountain.

Scenic Cape Peninsula Helicopter Ride Departing from the Waterfront we route along the coastline passing Sea Point, Bantry Bay, Clifton, Camps Bay, Llandudno and Hout Bay. After Hout Bay you will get a great view of the famous Chapman’s’ Peak Drive, which we follow until reaching Noordhoek Beach. At Noordhoek we turn inland and route for False Bay and the town of Fish Hoek. From here we start routing back, passing Kalk Bay, Muizenberg, Tokai, the Constantia Winelands, Newlands Cricket & Rugby Stadiums, University of Cape Town, Grooteschuur Hospital and finally the Cape Town Docks where we start our descent for the Waterfront Helipads. We will be hiking up Lions Head, Cape Town's most Instragram'able hike. We plan to either catch the sunset over the Atlantic Ocean or sunrise from the Hottentots Holland mountains. We enjoy some amazing photo opportunities before our descent. During a sunset hike, we descend in the dark using our flashlights (provided). During a sunrise hike, we may hike the first part in the dark using our flashlights (provided). While the hike is regarded as easier than Table Mountain, it still involves steep rocky and narrow terrain at certain points from about half up way and a section where the use of steel handles and chains need to be used to get up 2 pitches of about 3 meters each (only up and not down). Quite adventurous indeed. This hike has been an age old tradition for locals especially during the full moon and on clear/windless nights/mornings where the lights of the city below dazzle and the moon and stars show off its beauty in the night sky.

Take in the sunset while flying high above Cape Town during this paragliding experience. Just you and an experienced instructor will fly tandem over the landscape; your instructor will take care of all the maneuvering and you just have to enjoy the views.

We'll also get an opportunity to hop on the Flying Dutchman Funicular for a 3 minute ride to the lighthouse. On our way out we check out the Cape of Good Hope and possibly do a short hike to enjoy a bird's eye view of Cape Point. From Cape Point we visit St James beach where we'll have a chance to see the multi-colored changing huts and spend some time at the beach. The tour ends with a signature wine experience in the heart of South Africa's Wine lands.
