There are smaller boats that navigate the canals and give a better tour. These large boats of which there are many are cattle cars and spend considerable time in the harbor instead of traipsing through the more interesting smaller canals. I did this years ago and still remember how pleasant it was this cruise, not so much.
The tour guide was very knowledge guy and some times very funny. He went into details about places along the canal.
overall it was an good experience. We didn't have enough time for full visit to all the lovely places.
Will come again. Thanks viator
