Shame neither of the 2 clients (same tour) who wrote both of these 2-star reviews read the product information before they booked.
Clearly outlined on the product page before purchasing is the information about what is not included, outlined below.
WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED:
~ Entrance fees to attractions
~ Transportation fees (you are required to cover guide's transport costs while together)
~ Food and drinks (you are required to cover guide's meals if eating together)
We also contacted the client after booking, to be very clear with our customers, below is the information we send to them:
A friendly reminder;
~ Your booking covers guide service fees only.
~ This trip will be completed by public transportation.
~ Guides expenses like meals and transportation (while together) are covered by the client.
As you can see there is NO BAIT and SWITCH only a person who did not take the time to read the information sent to them and shown to them on the booking page before securing services.
We received their list of attractions for the client, Guide Elena gave them an outline of the costs for the attractions they wished to see on their day with her.

Entry fees to attractions below:
Grand Palace - 500 Baht per person
Wat Pho - 200 Baht per person
Canal Tour - 2,000 Baht per GROUP
Flower Market and Chinatown - No costs
This total alone is 3,400 Baht not including transport or meals.
Guide Elena offered a Thai Michelin Star restaurant as an option, as it is a popular request of many clients, client didn't object and seemed happy at the time to make that selection. She did also offer at this same time another restaurant in the vicinity called, Wanglang.
The total bill for lunch was just over 2,837 Baht, of which Guide Elena was a modest 355 Baht for one simple dish and two soda waters.
We don't sell package tours, and the client is in control of the day, the guides job is to give options based on their selected attractions.
I'm sorry to say that most complains come from people who've not taken the time to read the product information, so please before booking with us read the details and ask us any questions you might have, and we'll do our best to answer all of them.
