Great way to experience Tappas and Introduction to Barcelona

We booked this walking tour as the first thing to do on arrival in Barcelona and it was great! So much more than I expected. We learned about Cava, Iberian ham, Cheeses, local nougat and stopped at historic tappas & pinchas restaurants. We got a good orientation in the gothic and old city and totally enjoyed the drinks and tappas!
Great time with sooo much information. Would recommend this tour. It was very hot that evening so we had to leave a little early because I wasn’t feeling well but we were there for the majority of tour. Thanks David. You were wonderful!
A great tour with a great tour guide, Ana. You learn about and taste different tapas and also learn about and drink Portugal wines. There were about 30 people signed up for the tour, so we were divided into three groups and we were able to talk easily to each other--fun as people were from different countries. I've taken tours from this company the last time I was in Lisbon and have been very pleased with all of them.
The tour was sold as a tapas tour but was actually a 2 hour walking tour of the Gothic area with very rushed tapas included at the end. The food was average and we had to pay for water. No recommendations of good tapas bars etc. Disappointing as not as expected and not worth the money.
Our guide David was great. Very personable and knowledgeable. The reason for not giving full stars is that we expected more of a gastronomic tapas tour than a walking tour giving history of the city with gastronomy as part of the tour.
