Loved the tour because it was a direct transfer to the Koala sanctuary with sufficient time to spend there to see the most gentle and sweet creatures : Koalas. Also there are plenty of animals to see and feed e.g. Knagroo

It was a one stop shop to see all of the animals. You get to feed the kangaroo, hold a koala and pet an emu if the emu lets you. We enjoyed just hanging out and then walking around and seeing all the other animals that weren't out in the open. And you can't leave without having your picture taken holding a koala. You just can't.

Lovely well run sanctuary, unfortunately the tour we booked was an afternoon trip and advertises cuddling a koala (the actual reason we went!) only when we got there they had sold out of tickets for holding a koala. A suggestion to these tour companies would be to book your ticket when you book!

The tour itself was great but we were overcharged on our bankcard account. Good luck trying to contact anyone !

I'm glad that I went on this tour because there was ample time at the Koala Sanctuary 2 hours and Mt Coot-tha was beautiful and certainly out of the way. I'd never have seen it without a tour taking me. But that was the extent of the tour. I thought there was a city tour as well, but we went straight to the Sanctuary and then the overlook and then back to the hotels. That was perfectly fine as I was capable of exploring Brisbane on foot, but the tour name is misleading. It also wasn't that easy to hold a koala. The sanctuary was a bit disorganized when it came to that adventure. Otherwise, fine afternoon.

The tour did not include a city tour as described. The driver admitted that he was trying to get them to change the description as there was no way to start a city tour, sanctuary and Mt Coot-tha at 12:45pm
