This is not a tour operator but rather a clever re-seller. They pick you up and then make you walk/take a cab to a gas station to get on a larger bus. They then gather a huge group of 40+ people that have been deceived by other 'operators'. The persons in charge suddenly disappear and you are on your own with the larger tour. At the end they also drop you off in some market area considerably far away from the main down town area. Do not book here and just go to one of the places in the main square and haggle your way down for this cheap tour. The tour itself was sufficient and you do get to visit all places, but the 'English' option is quite terrible.
