Our tour was on 16th October 2019 and our guide was amazing he new wine making. He was passionate about the region and so he should be. This was a spectacular wine region to visit. Beautiful and striking. You begin to appreciate the work that goes into producing these wines.
It would be very helpful if they had technology that supported older/hearing challenged individuals. The guide seemed proficient in English but spoke so quickly that I really couldn’t make out 70% of what he said. It was seemingly thorough.
This was a spectacular tour. Thomas was great. Extremely knowledgable without making anyone feel uncomfortable about being beginners to wine. We came as part of our honeymoon and enjoyed it immensely. The countryside is beautiful and the wines are incredible. I would recommend exploring Beaune and getting a quick bite to eat rather than a sit down lunch. We chose the latter and ended up not having any time to explore the city.
Our tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly. The van was extremely clean and comfortable. The route we took and the wine tasting settings were absolutely gorgeous! We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch in Beaune as well. It was the perfect day on a special trip for my wedding anniversary!
I went on 3 wine tours in France, and this was the best. Our guide Sebastian conveyed a tremendous amount of knowledge, energy, and humor. We spent more time in the vineyards than wineries, which was not only nice on a beautiful day outdoors, but also focused us on what differentiates the wines. The tastings were varied and informative. Sebastian is a sommelier who is full of passion without pretense. Highly recommended.
Our group consisted of six travelers and we fit comfortably in a VW van for our trip to Beaune to learn about local viticulture in the Burgundy region and explore the town of Beaune and the surrounding region and vineyards. Besides the wonderful weather and beautiful countryside, the outstanding element of this trip was our guide- Alexia. She navigated perfectly as she drove our van, all the while educating us about the region, the appellations, the terroir, and the wine making process. Her knowledge was deep and wide. Her delivery was excellent and she invited questions. I have been on several wine tours before, but Alexia was the best guide. Period. We stopped along the way and got out to really see the vineyards, and visited two wineries for tasting and learning more about the process of creating good wine. We tasted Chardonnay and Pinot Noir wines and experienced all kinds of variations and nuances of flavors. We were on our own in Beaune for 2 hours where we could buy a nice lunch and wander and shop. It’s a lovely town. This trip is worth every penny. I hope you enjoy it as much as we did. Thanks to Alexia, we had a great day and now want to learn more about this enjoyable region.
Thank you for sharing your passion of wine with us!

I had the pleasure of having Mario who is among the best guides I've ever had, passionate and knowledgeable about wine, caring to make sure that we understand. There is large amount of detailed information that he mentioned during the tour, so I am sure that everyone can learn something from him. He is also a very kind person, sharing croissantes and providing bottled water for us, giving us recommendations on where to have lunch etc. Bonne continuation et à bientôt j’espère!
