Your tour will begin in central Florence, where you’ll join up with your guide. Walk to a Florentine food market and peruse the stalls, each teeming with the region’s freshest ingredients, including cured meats, olives, cheeses, balsamic vinegar, sun-dried tomatoes and other Tuscan delicacies. Select some of these high-quality ingredients for your cooking class later in the afternoon and enjoy tastings of the food and wine.
Climb aboard a minibus and journey into the Tuscan hills, where you'll arrive at a rustic farmhouse. Under the guidance of an expert chef, prepare a full Tuscan meal. Discover the culinary secrets behind Tuscan meat sauces and watch how to whip up Italian pasta from scratch.
Then grab fresh bread, tomatoes and olive oil to create a bruschetta. Take a break to feast on your dishes, sitting down with a glass of Chianti wine.
Return to the kitchen to prepare traditional roast pork, seasoned with fresh herbs from the farm. While the pork cooks, learn how to make the typical Italian dessert, the classic tiramisu.
Finally, reward yourself with your 4-course meal. Complement your roast pork and desserts with Tuscan wine and good conversation. Before returning to Florence, you’ll receive the recipes you learned so you can impress family and friends back at home with your Italian dishes.

My friend and I took this tour and we absolutely loved it. Isaac was a fantastic guide and chef! It was one of our favorite experiences from our trip.

This was the most fun ever! From shopping at the market, to preparing the food, to mingling with the guides/chefs and other travelers, and of course drinking wine and eating the meal, the whole experience was just amazing. Do not miss this!

Started out at the market in Firenze, shopping for meats, cheeses, bread and produce. From there it was hands on preparation of the fabulous meal we all enjoyed together. Our tour guide and co-chef, Issac, was the best, but Carmella stole the show with non stop energy and engaging personality. Without speaking English, she still got us all involved and enthusiastic with the details of preparing the food.
The view of the Tuscan scenery was breathtaking, the cooking instruction was first class, and the finished product was one of the best meals we had in Florence.
The one downside was the drop off point at the end of the tour. A little warning in the tour description would have allowed us to plan our route back to our hotel instead of scrambling to figure out where we were.

From first gathering to meet Isaac and the tour of the market to the final hike up to the waiting bus returning our group to Florence this was the best day possible. The camaraderie, the lessons and the food were a delight. Carmelo was singing and dancing while teaching straight forward cooking techniques . What a trip! Then Isaac translating with his humorous interpretation . The venue was impressive and the views- the views!! This was a great experience and I hope that I will be able to return!

This was an incredible experience for my wife and I. We are on our honeymoon and this was one of our favorite days from start to finish. Isaac taught the whole group so much while walking through the Central market there in Florence.

Once we got up to the kitchen which was Nestled up in the hills with a gorgeous view it was absolutely perfect. We met Carmella who is a little sunflower filled with energy and makes the whole experience fun and memorable. Would absolutely reccomend this to anyone who has extra time in Florence.

Don't forget, unlimited supply of Chianti Classico ♥️

There are not enough stars in the sky for this course. It was fantastic -- everything I could have asked for and more. Isak and Carmella are quite the team. We had a fascinating tour through the market and then took all our purchases up to a beautiful villa overlooking Florence to turn them into the best meal I've eaten in decades. This is a must-do in Florence!

What a great day. The market tour and the cooking class were fantastic, and the views from the farmhouse just as good. Isaac and Carmella made the day very fun. Carmella's energy was great. We have looked for years for a cooking class in Italy to do and this one was perfect. I cant wait to make the recipes at home for my friends and family. Would definitely recommend it to all.

Cooking class and market tour hosted by Isaac and Carmela were excellent. The energy levels from the hosts were infectious and made for an extremely enjoyable day. The menu was diverse and provided opportunity to learn and practice a number of Tuscan cooking techniques. The class culminated in a magnificent lunch.
