Anne is fabulous! Engaging, affable an excellent guide and extremely knowledgeable of the history of the Roman presence in southern France. She has extensive knowledge of vineyards and wine of the region. Highly recommend! Would book with her again!
Visits to Roman Theater of Orange and the aqueduct of Pont du Gard were greatly enjoyed.
Disappointed with the wine tasting experience - Sommelier just poured the wine and then disappeared with no
commentary and no visit to the cellar.
Highly recommend this tour. Gordana our tour guide was wonderful - welcoming, friendly and keen that we would have some special 'moments' to take home as memories. We were not disappointed!
The tour bus was very comfortable, air conditioned with cool water provided. There were lots of highlights, including a stop for the best ice cream ever. All the historical sites were very impressive and interesting. Then we had a very special 'moment'... Chateauneuf du pape wine tasting in a 13th century wine cellar with a Master Sommelier. It was really special and we are still talking about it.
Thank you Gordana from me and my family for a fantastic trip!
This tour was amazing: very interesting and enjoyable, definitely not only because the sight views but Gordana, our guide, really know and like what is doing. She told us the history behind the sigh views and also take us to a real winery, where we could taste and understand the poetry behind the wine and its complexity. Definetly Gordana is an excelente guide and the tour itself is already very interesting.
