This show was amazing, our guide collected us from our hotel and was informative and helpful. Bobby found us a nice place to eat and have coffee before hand. All of us found the show spectacular, and really appreciated the fact that altho we had booked it from New Zealand before we even left the country, the communication and service was faultless.

Had a wonderful evening the show is just brilliant, a must do in Hangzhou but what really made it exceptional was our driver and tour guide. Punctual ,safe, accommodating particularly with my elderly parents. Bobby our guide was super ,very knowledgeable ,great english ,couldn't do enough made the night a real pleasure and the highlight of our stay in Hangzhou.
