Our whole family( 71years old grandpa and 12years old daughter) had a great experience with jack’s crew! They were all so humble. they made all of us comfortable. Thank you for helping extra care for our grandpa!!

Fantastic time from the beginning with a delicious meal before venturing out. The bikes are a great way to see the city from a very different perspective weaving through the narrow alleys and staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

Our guide, Jim, was brilliant, during our many stops, he gave us lots of interesting information about life in Hanoi, we spent time walking through the back streets and markets and had a fantastic lunch. My rider spoke excellent English and she chatted to me whilst also manoeuvring safely through the busy Hanoi traffic
Must do when in Hanoi

This is an amazing activity that everyone should do when in Hanoi. Our guide/ drivers were Tam Ming , Cun & Giang which were all super cool . You will get to ride in small backstreet of Hanoi with a motorbike, pass an old bridge, have an amazing lunch in ‘waste free’ restaurant , get a drinks in train street with train passing next to you (make sure you are glued to the wall else you will die !! 😂😂😂) . You will also visit Ho Chi Ming Mausoleum and see some gov buildings from outside . The guys also tell you lots of interesting stories , are very friendly and funny. They have given us useful recommendation for activities after our tour too which was so nice of them !

Let first start off with how amazing our tour guided PU was. It was an iconic tour. They not lying when they tell you to come in empty stomach! They hidden gem headquarters was great as well. They take you all around Hanoi in scooter. We had amazing time

Best tour ever! I was a little apprehensive about being on the back of a bike in Hanoi in all that crazy traffic, but there was no need to be. Felt safe the whole time and really enjoyed the experience. Boo and her crew of riders were fantastic, special shout out to David and his friend (sorry I can’t remember his name) that drove my husband and I around. Absolutely loved this tour and would highly recommend.

So this tour was incredible not just because of the motorbike rides through the chaotic streets of Hanoi with an expert guide but the locations where it took you from mausoleum to the famous bridge and banana Island also driving through the narrow alleys of Backstreet Hanoi along with the train station that is not banned if you go with this tour . and just that great information my guide gave me through the city streets her name was Luna and she was the best

An Eco friendly day in Hanoi

The most memorable parts were seeing what Tho has built himself to help the community and raise awareness on recycling and looking after the environment. We loved being able to see the small, intricate alleyways of the city, and going to the outskirts where it was more open and green. The food at The Hidden Gem Cafe was also phenomenal, and Tho was a wonderful guide who made us laugh a lot and shared a lot of knowledge with us.
