I really enjoyed this one day tour from Hanoi. Our tour guide Sophia was very knowledgeable about the history of Vietnam, and she was well humoured which made the journey time seem short. The bike ride was fun, the lunch was good and the hike up the Dragon Mountain was amazing. I highly recommend this tour, excellent value for money

We had a super fun time on the day adventure to Ninh Binh. Tommy was an amazing guide who was so knowledgeable and had a great sense of humour. I couldn't cycle with the group so he recommended a walking path for me that was just as fun!

I brought my 3 kids, 10, 8 and 2 on this tour and they said it was one of the best tours they had. It was all thanks to our guide Sophia who was very attentive, cheerful and informative. She really made this trip amazing for my family. When we were doing the biking your, my son wasn't big enough to ride the bikes they provided, and becos my husband and I were already ferrying my 2 other kids, he almost had to skip the tour. But Sophia very quickly offered to ferry him on the back of her bike and take him on the tour. He was so happy and we were so glad that he didn't have to miss anything. Thank you again Sophia for making this trip so great for all of us. Our kids really loved having you as our guide.
Amazing views and a great adventure

There were so many amazing sights on this tour. Ninh Binh has one of the most beautiful landscapes I've ever seen, and it was a great mix of activities to see it. The bike tour and the climb at the end were actually quite difficult but the views throughout them made it worth it, and the sheer sense of accomplishment hitting the top of that mountain was like nothing else (just be sure to get in time on the stairmaster before you go!). The boat tour was relaxing and was the perfect place to slow down and take in the sights between the two harder parts of the tour. Our guide Cuong was knowledgeable and funny, and kept the tour on an excellent pace throughout. I'd absolutely reccomend this tour, just keep in mind that it's a very physical day.

Sophia was an amazing guide during our day together visiting some extremely interesting places and beautiful scenery. The visits were all great, food was very tasty but my favorite was the view from the top sitting next to the dragon...you definitely work hard to climb all of those stairs!

Bicycle riding, boating and climbing Hoa Lu mountain are best part of this trip! I am not fond of visiting temple or the handicraft store where almost 40% of tour time was spent.

Enjoyed the boat ride and...

Enjoyed the boat ride and walking to the top of the mountain. I would recommend more time for this as it takes 30 minutes to walk to the top and back down. Recommend more time to walk around Hoa Lu - give more of the history lesson on the limo ride or bus. Once we get to the location, let us explore.

It was fun to be in a big city, but after a while, it gets old. A trip to Ninh Binh was just about right. We got to see the beautiful scenery of the countryside Vietnam, and it was peaceful! We enjoyed very much.

All aspects of the tour were good. The temple history was a bit long and think guide tour should be cut in half and let us have the rest to explore, or just cut this visit in half. Bike, boat, hike were awesome. Biking specifically was not long but was away from the many tourist you will experience. Nga was our guide and was wonderfully sweet and informative

Spent way too much time at King Dinh temple, boat tour too long and barely 45 mins at the lying dragon mountain which was the highlight of the tour! Tour-guide expected us to hike all the steps and be back in less than an hour? We are not spring chickens, we needed more time! This tour is very time pressured. I don’t recommend for older people or if you have health issues.

Nice way to get an introduction to Ninh Binh area

A very complete tour to explore the region. We enojoyed riding bikes, being on the boats and exploring the temples. Mr. Cuong, our guide made and excellent bridge between his culture and ours, explaining history, religion, etc. Maintained good control of the group and knew how to manage expectations, specially on a day with less than ideal weather. Overall good value for the money, time well invested and a pkeasant experience.
