    No dolphin house.

    Tour does not take you to "dolphin house, a coral reef" as described . Instead we drove around the open sea looking for dolphins. Saw one jump in the distance but of course by the time we got there it was gone. Had the opportunity to stop at two nice coral reefs which were beautiful. Boat broke down on the way back so about 40 mins was spent fixing it ... Boat breaking aside, the tour is not what it advertised. We contacted our contact person and he didn't offer any refund or apologize.

    Ein wunderbares Erlebnis, Die Abholung am Hotel erfolgte pünktlich und mit einem neuen Wagen. Der Fahrer war sehr höflich und fuhr perfekt. Am Hafen angekommen gab es keine Verzögerung und wir sind sofort losgefahren. Die komplette Tour wurde genau auf uns zugeschnitten: Schnochelstop, Delfine beobachten, Delfinschwimmen, ein weiteres Riff - alles kein Problem und genau wie gewünscht. Und nie wurden wir gehetzt. Wir hatten immer genug Zeit. Bei der späteren Ankunft am Hafen stand unser Fahrer auch wieder bereit und brachte uns wie am Morgen ins Hotel. Besser kann es nicht sein!

    Sowohl der Fahrer von Transfer wie auch der Bootsmann waren super freundlich und haben sich immer wieder um unser Wohlbefinden erkundigt. Wir waren nur zu 2 auf dem Schnellboot, was zusätzlich natürlich ein Vorteil war. Neben der Sichtung und Schwimmmöglichkeit mit einer Delfinschule, sind wir zwei Schnorchelapots angefahren und eine Sandbank (Malediven-Feeling). Für die Zeit an Bord an uns der Fahrer eine Tüte mit reichlich Snacks und Getränken bereitgestellt. Auf dem Rückweg zum Hotel (in El Gouna) hat der Fahrer mit uns noch eine Stadtrundfahrt durch Hurgada gemacht (Moschee, Fischmarkt, Old & New downtown).
