After hotel pickup, your tour starts with the drive to the Mandalay night market, where you'll get out of the vehicle to wander around the stalls with your guide. Meet vendors and take a look at their simple goods of vegetables, fruits, and Chinese dishes.
Then head to a hot pot restaurant for something a bit different for dinner in Myanmar. While Burmese cuisine often features noodles and curry, hot pot is a hearty stew that's a Mandalay favorite. Just like a local, you'll sit around a cauldron-like pot that simmers with broth, cooking up a selection of seafood, meat, and veggies with your guide and fellow travelers.
When you're done eating, you'll be transferred back to your hotel.
