Highlight of our Moroccan trip
Bernice_C, Mar 2023
The trip to the Atlas Mountains was absolutely brilliant. Abdullah was an an amazing guide. He was so knowledgeable, he answered all our questions and we got a snapshot of Morocco’s history and culture as we toured the five valleys. We wanted to visit the women’s argon oil cooperative and he fitted it in. The tour was so well organized with the amazing guide Karin who helped us trek to the waterfall . The lunch with the Berber family looking at the snow covered Atlas mountain was lovely. I wish we had discovered Abdullah before as we would have loved to tour Marrakesh sites with him.

Fantastic trip, so much to see. We had an amazing home cooked meal in the mountains with fantastic views and our guide Mohamed was brilliant!!! My wife and I had a great time.
Great experience, we are so happy we did it

We are so glad we picked this experience ! If you are interested in the culture of the area and have a closer look. At the life of locals and see the Atlas Mountains this is it. We had a great tour guide , Ismail , which had a great energy and gave us so many info . We had a great time hiking in the ourika valley ( bring the right hiking shoes and clothes ). We saw a women cooperative where you see how they do the seven oil and the products from that . We had a requisite lunch in a lovely Berber family . Everything was delicious and very clean . The family was so welcoming. The valley are quite different to each other and beautiful .
A great day trip

This was a lovely way to see the Atlas Mountains. The first stop is to see the oil being made, which is fun and interesting but be warned the prices in the shop here are expensive. The next stop is to walk up the waterfall, it is steep but the guide takes you at your pace and it provides stunning views. The third stop is at a home in one of the villages for lunch and it was the best meal we had in Morocco.
Excellent safe driver for the entered trip

Wonderful day in Atlas Mountains with Abdul. Shared local information and provided many photo stops. Walk to falls was little challenging without good footwear. Lunch with local family looking out to stunning mountain view was amazing. Great being small of 6.

Probably one of the most unique experiences I've had
Justas_C, Dec 2022
Our guide was Ismael who was very energetic and gave us a lot of excellent information about the places and culture we visited, while also being interested in our cultures. We got picked up early in the morning from our hotel (this helped us avoid a lot of the crowds and have a much more personal experience for the hikes). After that we had a breakfast with a women's cooperative, who make argan oil product, which was an amazing learning experience and a great touch! After that we went on beautiful serene hike at the mountains with Abdul, a local Berber, who was very nice and welcoming. We started out the hike early which was very good because after it got crowded. The hike ended with a refreshing and energising mint tea by the river. After that we set out for the next valleys and lunch with a Berber family. Approaching the village we were greeted by a bunch of small children, who were waiting for Ismael, who gives them sweets whenever he comes. It felt like he had a personal connection to the villagers and cared about them. This got reinforced, when we visited the family who made us lunch and were extremely welcoming. Probably one of the best experiences I've had from a tour. After the lunch we were exhausted and were driven around by Ismael to the remaining valleys(don't worry it's all inside a car so just sit back and relax for this part) we ended the trip doing trivias and of songs and riddles. Totally recommended
It was wonderful journey....

It was wonderful journey. They have very experienced guides. Guides are very caring. The beautiful thing we noticed that around those valleys there are lots of children were waiting to get candy. When the guide gave them candy those children were so happy. We also bought chips for the children. My advice to take 40-50 pieces candy or chocolates for those needs children.

Top! Very well organized and punctual, and a very comfortable car. Small group, which was very convenient. Unique landscapes, topped of with a authentic & delicious lunch. Many thanks to the Berber family hosting us. Last but not least, the tour guide, Ismail was great!!! Thanks Ismail :)
Wonderful Getaway to the Atlas Mountains!

I only had a couple days to spend in/around Marrakech after a work conference and wanted to explore outside of the city a bit. This was the perfect tour to do just that! Abdullah was an excellent guide - very knowledgeable of the area and history as well as a great driver! The hike was a bit slippery, so be aware, but it was worth it! Also, having lunch with a local Berber family was fantastic - they were so welcoming and the food was delish! Highly recommend!
Great Trip

Perfect one day excursion to the Atlas ranges based from Marrakech

Friendly group of 7 international tourists in a comfy mini van. Driver/guide was very knowledgeable, jovial and efficiently guided us from 0800 to 1800. We made excellent stops highlighted with an excellent tangine lunch in an authentic Berber village high in the mountains. Ishmael was excellent keeping us all in proper mood and happy. Is an excellent one day excursion.

Ismail was a wonderful tour guide! He attended to every detail of our day trip. His knowledge of locations, local customs, and cultural norms enhanced our trip. His genuine care for the people we encountered was heartwarming, from the Berber children on our driving route who ran to meet our vehicle to the delightful Berber family hosting our meal. Furthermore, Ismael was charming and engaged each member of our small group (7 people) beautifully, creating a lovely day for each of us.
Awesome and authentic

This was such a wonderful and authentic experience. The natural landscapes and waterfalls were beautiful. There is some hiking involved which was fun (note - this isn't suitable for anyone with mobility issues) - our hiking guide Rdwan was very knowledgeable and helpful. One of our favourite moments was sitting beside a natural stream, sipping on mint tea. As well as this, we also enjoyed visiting a local women's cooperative where we were given the most amazing fresh bread and tea. We were shown the different types of argan oil and natural products, as well as the process behind it. The Berber lunch (soup, bread, tagine and cous cous) was delicious. This was freshly prepared by locals from their own home, a truly authentic experience. Pickup was smooth and confirmed by WhatsApp a couple of days prior. I want to give a special mention to our driver Mohamed. We really enjoyed his company and he was very knowledgeable.
A magical day in the mountains with Mohammed
Maggie_Z, Nov 2022
We travel extensively and this was by far one of the most magical tours we have had. Our guide Mohammed was a true friend with a beautiful heart. His love for the Berber community was so apparent and made it an even more wonderful journey. The valleys are breathtaking, the people absolutely lovely. Lunch was the best with the local Berber family. Don’t miss this tour!!!
Excellent way of seeing the mountains.
David_R, Nov 2022
Superb day with some of the most outstanding scenery. Abdullah was an excellent guide and Redone great company on the trek. The traditional lunch at the home of a Berber family is extra special. Would highly recommend.
Wonderful time
Sandra_M, Nov 2022
We had an incredible time. Mohamed has accompanied us through beautiful landscapes, an incredible travel companion. We traveled through the 5 valleys, we stopped where we wanted, it was a time dedicated to our trip and sharing with Mohamed was extraordinary.

Abdullah was an extremely friendly, informative and safe driver. All along the tour he pointed out sites of interest and entertained us throughout the trip. Would recommend to anyone who enjoys travel away from the cities and wants to interact with the locals and their cultures.
Absolutely wonderful!
Derek_S, Nov 2022
First off, our tour guide Abdul was incredible: energetic and fun attitude, deep knowledge of Morocco, and loads of tips for our trip. Second, the tour itself was just spectacular. Beautiful mountain and water scenery, and the chance to have a very tasty meal in a Berber family home high in a mountain village with a beautiful and serene view. Really enjoyed the hike to the waterfalls, which I’ll note for readers is somewhat strenuous and slippery - be sure to wear good shoes. Also, if you’re prone to car sickness, bring remedies as there are lots of winding roads. Highly recommend this tour! We will remember this for a very long time.
A Visit to the True Morocco
James_W, Nov 2022
This trip was remarkable from start to finish. Ismail was a fantastic guide, full of stories, jokes, and life. The first valley, Ourika, features a surprisingly strenuous hike up the side of the valley. Step carefully and wear good hiking shoes! But the locals are always there to help you up and down. The rest of the day is a magical drive through scenery that’s like nothing else on Earth. Take many chances to stop and photograph the views and just enjoy the fresh air! The Berber family made us a tasty lunch with a great view of the Atlas Mountains. If you want to make fast friends, bring small gifts for the hosts and the family’s many small children! This is a side of Morocco you won’t see in the cities - Farming, fresh air, untouched forests, and a sense of warmth among people who have known each other’s families for centuries. It was unforgettable for all of us.
