Incredible experience with Hakim!

Our guide Hakim was AMAZING. To start the tour he asked what we wanted to do, see, hear, and what we were interested in. We wanted to learn about history and BOY did he deliver! He didn’t try to bring us to a thousand stores, instead he told us names, dates, fun facts, history, conflicts, phases of empire, and had an answer to every single question we asked. We never stumped him! I have rarely been so impressed with a guide.
10/10 would absolutely recommend to anyone. All the reviews saying you could do it yourself only really apply if you’re looking for pictures because we would never have known the significance of any of these sites without Hakim.

Went with my best friend. Two women therefore and we had constantly the feeling the male guide was not very happy with being our guide
Tour only took 2.5 h instead of the 3-4
Felt like he was unhappy as well with the fact that we did not want to buy things at the shops

We had a nice walking tour and Mohammed was very nice! We would’ve appreciated some extra history and practical information (like typical tourist scams (“tanneries”, “berber festival”, etc), tips for negotiating, etc). We overpaid a lot for taxis and didn’t learn until Casablanca to use inDrive. Tips like that could really help

Only took us to Bahia Palace.
Was not engaging at all.

The tour started right on time in front of cafe de France. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and charming . He gave us a well rounded historical tour. He surpassed my expectation. Jagard is equally at ease in English or French. You will enjoy this walking tour of the city and it’s many highlights. It’s a good way to familiarize yourself with the mail squares and the labyrinth corridors.
