Fabulous waterfalls, wonderful guides

Our guides couldn’t have made it easier for my mummy who needed assistance. They were so kind and considerate and welcomed her to a restaurant while I hiked the waterfalls which are gorgeous. The food was amazing and mummy was happy talking to the restaurant staff. My guide even called to check on her and passed me the phone. How nice was that. Highly recommend this tour!!!! Wonderful people

It was a really nice trip. Prompt pick up from the hotel. Mini van in good clean condition, very polite driver. You can take some bananas with you to feed monkeys, they enjoyed the change as usually fed with peanuts. The only downside of the excursion was the guide… Nice guy but waisted our time by taking us to local shop placed further away in the village and rushing us at times… then took us to the most expensive restaurant by waterfalls!!! Not much choice and paid 110 MADper person when other places offered 3 course lunch for 80-100 MAD. There was no need for a guide as signs are very clear, you can’t get lost and walk around in your own time. Boat ride can be arranged there but be aware of the queues. Toilets available for 2 MAD per person. I would recommend this trip but independently without the guide.
Really enjoyable day trip

We had a fantastic time on this day trip from Marrakech and would highly recommend it to others.
Best bits:
Our driver Mohamed and guide Youssef were both excellent. They were friendly and knowledgeable. Youssef was particularly impressive and shared lots of information about the Berber culture, slipping effortlessly from English to French to German to cater to the group. The waterfall itself is beautiful, as is the surrounding landscape. The boat ride was short but fun. The restaurant for lunch was well organised and really good value at 100dhm for 3 courses. Both my friend and I are vegetarian and this was catered for with ease.
Things that could be better/to be aware of:
The pickup point in the morning is organised chaos! There are many tours leaving at the same time from the same point so you do need to be vigilant and ask each new driver who arrives to find the right minibus. Although we thoroughly enjoyed the day, there was a lot of hanging around. It could have easily been an hour shorter which would have been better. This was probably to manage groups at bottleneck points but was frustrating, especially as it meant we didn't get back to Marrakech until almost 8pm (I'd recommend factoring this in to you dinner plans!).

This tour is an excellent way to get away from rhe hustle and bustle of Marrakech and see the more rural side of the surrounding Morocco. The waterfall itself is a spectacle and the local wildlife are ready to entertain.

This was a really easy trip with Ando Travel. They were able to pick us up closer to our Riad and were pretty punctual. We drove for three hours with a toilet stop half way.
When we arrived at the waterfalls we had an allocated guide for our mini bus (Omar) who was great, really knowledgeable.
The waterfalls were beautiful, you walk for maybe one hour down and then have a boat trip.
The boat trip isn't long, it just takes you near the falls and you get a little wet but the people rowing the boats stop and take a great picture for you!
Omar walked us up to one of the restaurants where we stopped for lunch (not included in the price). The restaurant had a great view of the waterfall and we had a three course meal with a bottle of water for 100MAD which was a great price.
We then went to a spot where the monkeys are which was amazing and then back to the mini bus and home.
I would recommend the trip, I imagine most tour companies are the same as there were many there. Ando Tours were punctual and great communication however.
Nice day trip if you're in Marrakech for a few days

Minibus to location picked up from main square was pretty new (I found the seats uncomfortable but I have chronic back pain problem) and driver was friendly. Guide was nice and friendly, good language skills, but he wasn't counting number of members of the group so when we were in one location we had a kerfuffle with a monkey and he accidentally left us behind meaning we panicked a bit. But the falls area isn't large so we found the group after 15 minutes. Falls are nice and boat ride is good. Lunch is at a restaurant near the boats, nice view and staff, they sort of bring a set menu (options for which tagine or grill you want) which we ended up paying 100MAD/€10 per person for (card payment costs extra) and was not bad. We had a brief demonstration of argan oil production at a small house to begin with which was a typical 'buy from the gift shop' situation, selling oil and cosmetics clearly produced and bottled somewhere else for eye watering prices (oil = €120/litre). Nobody in our group bought anything, but there was no 'hard sell' and nobody including guide and driver were pressuring for tips, so was relaxing environment. It was raining most of the day so the weather impacted the experience but they can't control that and it was nice and quiet being off season. In all for the price, if you have more than just a long weekend in Marrakech I'd recommend doing this tour

Had a great day in Ouzoud waterfalls. Beautiful drive, scenery, food and atmosphere. Our driver from Ando travels Hussain and guide Mohammed were really great.

The driver was very good drop off at the point, however tour guide was looking very tired and not passionate what he was doing. We stopped at the old house and stood there maybe for 30min talking about something that is not important. Also spent so much time in the shop trying to sell creams, oils etc. In additional to that we had such a long break. Initially the tour guide said it will be 1h 15min but then it continue until 2h and more! Because both guides were chatting with ladies and having fun. When I came to their table I asked when we are going so both of them didn’t care said we don’t know we still need to have tea and sweets…In general was nice tour but too long for all day…I would recommend go to the trip without guide save your time…
