They did get us from airport to hotel for £13, which seemed reasonable when I booked it. However the vehicle was not like the one pictured and the sign with my name was not being held by the driver and was in fact stuck on a notice board outside the terminal that took us a while to find. Once we’d found the person who had put the sign there we waited another 10 minutes while he made several calls on his mobile then walked us to a car park where a vehicle rolled up. Contrary to the description it had no A/C hand gel or on board Wi-Fi. I suspect a taxi would’ve been quicker to find and half the price!

I booked this taxi for 4 of us. I gave them the details of my flight expecting them to track the arrival like similar service providers and being that they are locals they would estimate how long it takes to get through immigration. I landed and looked out for my name and didn't see. I went round twice through all the drivers with Placards and didn't see my name. Later, a friend on the same flight who booked same company at a different time called me to say that the driver waiting for her said he has 2 bookungs. I was so surprised and I asked why no one had my name and he couldn't respond. He was very disorganised and had no ready vehicle for me. My tour guide who came to the airport intervened and then he made phone calls and arranged a vehicle for me and my friends. This company is completely unserious. The vehicle they gave us didn't sound okay, there was no airconditioner and we were scared of the car stopping us on the road. Please avoid this service provider.

Horrible! No communication, no one showed up to pick us up. Had to take a taxi and had to pay more. Requesting refund. Good luck getting a transfer from Marrakech airport!!

Easy to find driver

I booked this airport pick up and nobody showed up at the airport. I sent them a message via viator a few days before my trip to confirm the pick up and they never responded. I sent them a message on whatsapp and never replied. I landed and no one was waiting for me at the airport. I called them and no one answered the phone. This is not a real company. They might be out of business

The guy holding the card was not visible when we emerged from the airport. When we eventually found him he had us waiting around for 25 mins. Eventually when we boarded the taxi (which looked nothing like that in the photos), the taxi driver tried to get two more passengers to join us. Don't bother with this lot.

Scam, they don’t turn up but take your money

They took the booking and money and never showed up. I could not contact other than via Viator and they didn’t respond. Viator can’t even get them to respond Viator. Probably a scam merchant. I was left at the airport with no local currency so had to get Dihram and then get a local taxi that tried to charge me $50 for a 10 minute ride. The very reason I pre booked - to avoid this. Not please with either Viator or the transfer company.

Superb one-way service we took both ways. Very professional waiting for you outside with your name on a sign. We could have avoided the return trip to be in a taxi with no seatbelts. Felt very insecure. Coming back and booking again for June 3-10 2023 so expecting both ways to be in private van pickup.

Very nice driver, ready on our arrival with a sign. The van was clean and new. We were at our hotel within 10 minutes. Excellent value, I would highly recommend. Having this pre-booked is so convenient; you dont need to worry about having local local currency on arrival.
