Pretty disappointed overall as we have done plenty of other stadium tours & this was the worse by far. The guide was the most uninterested guide I have ever had, I don’t personally think she had any knowledge of the stadium, the tour was supposed to be for 1 hour it lasted 45 mins in total.

There was no actual tour together with a tour guide. However, we really enjoyed it. The fact is that there was no need to pre-book the visit, since there were no groups or tour guides. We were entering the stadium just be showing the receipt of the event.

Our visit to the San Siro Stadium and Museum was an incredible experience for the whole family. The museum is rich with football history, filled with jerseys, trophies, and interactive exhibits from both AC Milan and Inter Milan. My kids were absolutely captivated — it was actually difficult to convince them to leave! No guided tour of the stadium but itself is equally impressive. Walking through the players’ tunnel and visiting the locker rooms gave us a real behind-the-scenes feel. The passion of Italian football comes alive here. If you're in Milan and a calcio fan, this tour is absolutely worth your time.

We were there in the morning before it got hot, but most of the visit is indoors anyway. The fact that this was self guided was a plus. Touring the stadium itself is probably a 20 to 30 minute exercise. It was cool, seeing the museum and the locker rooms and sitting in the seats and going to the team stores. I could’ve just bought tickets at the gate though.

No need to buy tickets in advance. Much cheaper to buy at the stadium on the day. Self guided tour of small museum and stadium not worth the £30 per head we were charged by viator.

Felt scammed by the cost from Viator.

Very disappointed and felt cheated. Cost for 3 tickets for San Siro ground tour and Museum from Viator - £90.36 (€105.92). When I arrived at the ground the Viator voucher were changed for tickets - cost on the tickets €22 (total €66) I think a booking fee of €39.92 is close to a scam and cant see myself using Viator in the future.

Maybe book direct & beware no pitch/no guide

The stadium & what we saw was great & very interesting. But we were shunted to Self guided as 'too hot' - maybe if we booked direct we would have made a group. They said we could ask questions & staff were all very lovely but in Australia we don't have football clubs like this & we wanted to try and understand the history & the other religion that is football in Europe. Yes we saw & read the museum timeline of the stadium & of the players of inter & ac but some context would have made it worthwhile. Also it is this time of year that the pitch is covered due to concerts as summer so beware if you want to see the pitch. It was in the fine print but it just would have been better experience.

Tour was okay, guide spoke English but as an English person even I didn’t always understand him. In the heat the walk from the station to the stadium feels very long especially when doing under 30 degrees heat and full sun. Check the weather, Wear a hat etc!

Very good tour of a beautiful stadium, great guide who gave an excellent insight on the history of both clubs and the stadium itself. Disappointing however, that we couldn’t see the pitch and sit in the dug outs, as a huge music concert was being set up (staging/audio and video equipment) and the pitch was covered with protective flooring. It would have been good to be advised of this when I booked.
