Discover Niagara Falls’ best side on this 4-hour comprehensive tour from Niagara Falls, New York. Avoid the crowds on a small-group tour of seven people or fewer that lets you explore the falls in four popular and distinct ways: view from the walkways of Cave of the Winds, ride aboard the Maid of the Mist, travel to Goat Island, and see the falls from the American Observation Tower.
  • Tour Goat Island for fresh angles of Horseshoe Falls, American Falls, and Bridal Veil Falls
  • Small group tour of no more than seven participants for personalized experience
  • Admission tickets to Maid of the Mist and Cave of the Winds included
  • Hotel pickup and drop-off via air-conditioned minivan included
Meet your guide at your hotel in Niagara Falls, New York prior to an 8:30 a.m. or 3 p.m. departure (choose upon booking). Upon arriving at the waterfall, one of the largest in the United States, take an elevator 175 feet (53 meters) down into Niagara Gorge. Prepare to get wet by donning an included poncho and specialty shoes, and then make your way to a series of wooden walkways that will bring you as close as possible to the falls at Cave of the Winds.

Then, hop aboard the Maid of the Mist boat to watch the Majestic Falls from the water, before heading to the American Observation Tower for views of Whirlpool Falls, Three Sister Islands, and Luna Island. Travel to Goat Island to see Horseshoe Falls, American Falls, and Bridal Veil Falls up close and from various angles; bring your camera (if it’s waterproof).

Complete your trip with drop-off at your hotel or accommodation in Niagara Falls, NY.

Mohammad our guide was great. He was very helpful and gave information we would not have known but for him. He led us through the process of the Maid of the Mist and the Cave of the Winds. He was especially helpful with our granddaughters.

Mohammed was absolutely WONDERFUL!!!! He stood in line with us even had large umbrella for my mom to have shade and told us about each of the sites. We did our tour on a Saturday afternoon, so the lines and crowds were unavoidable. He knew the quickest way in and out. He drove and dropped us off at each location and then would go park the van, and run back to us. Very smart, knowledgable and personable young man. Yes, you can find other tours that are cheaper, but I specifically chose this for the small group experience. Since there were 5 of using our group, we were the only ones in his group, unlike many others that were large groups of 20 people. That means no waiting for other people or hurrying up because of wasted time. You get personal attention from the time they pick you up from your hotel till they drop you off. Was suppose to be approximately 4 hours, but because of the busy summer afternoon, we got back a little over 6 hours later. My husband got to enjoy the trip without having to figure out where to go, where to park, and best places to go to first. It would have taken all day long - probably 12 hours to do what we did if we had done it on our own on such a busy day. We met two ladies while traveling around on the metro, and highly recommended this tour and to ask for Mohammed. Hope they were able to book it too! Only thing that would make it better is if the tickets to Maid of the Mist could have been purchased ahead of time. They definitely need to give the tour people access to purchasing the tickets in advance. I know this is out of their control, hoping if enough guests bring it up, then maybe they will do something about it. We would definitely do this again and will let everyone else know.... thank you - from The Madrigal Family

Very good tour of the American side of the falls. The two tours Cave of the Winds and Maid of the Mists could be done on your own but it is nice to have a guide to assist and to time the tours to minimize wait time. Trip to the Whirlpool is a nice addition and could not be done on your own without a car.
