The highlight of the tour was rappelling. I have rappelled before but...Expect to be shocked by the distance

By far the best horseback riding of my life! Galloping was so fun... a first for me. The narrow canyon trails with stunning vistas was outstanding! Not an spec of civilization is sight. As natural as it gets. The cowboys were attentive and kind. The simple Lunch was delicious and filling. I highly recommend this tour.

Experiencing Everyday Life on a Mexican Ranch - Incredible!

My sister and I, both non-horseback riders and in our mid-60s, decided it would be fun to go horseback riding with Coyote Canyon Adventures the third week in January 2020. "Fun" doesn't begin to describe this tour. This is a first class adventure that exposed us to everyday life on a Mexican ranch and the exhilaration of a 2-1/2 hour REAL trail ride alongside the caballeros who make their living from ranching this land. From the moment Lino, our guide, picked us up in a large van, we knew we were in for a treat. The horses were extraordinary as well as the trail that wound through the Virgenes River, up the side of the mountain all the way to the top, where the views were spectacular! We had the treat of seeing a young donkey and horse playing with each other - amusing and heartwarming! We finished the day with a late lunch on an outdoor patio at the ranch home, where we served delicious local organic food by the gracious cook/host. This is a memory that will live with us the rest of our lives!

It was winter, and while we didn't see the green landscapes, the Canyon was amazing! I am so grateful for the experience, the horses were great (yeah, you need to learn to trust your horse too). The Customer Service was splendid and friendly. Don't be afraid, you gotta try this!

Our family of five loved the horseback riding experience. The horses were calm yet responsive. The trail was beautiful and the view from the top of the cliffs was spectacular. We even got to gallop a few times which was a trip. The meal at the end was sumptuous. The whole afternoon truly exceeded our expectations.

Great morning riding through canyon. Our cowboys made sure we were all comfortable and able to climb the trails. Their instruction was excellent. Lunch a big treat of fresh food and good company. Advise to wear pants as occasional rub up against desert brush and wear shoes you can soak as crossing river bed can get wet.

This tour was even better then I could have imagined. We got to go through one of the most beautiful canyons I have ever seen with real life cowboys! They were wrangling cattle along the way : Our guide, Rodrigo, was the best and made us feel very comfortable. We got to gallop with the horses, something I have never been able to do on a tour before. And overall it was one of the best days on our trips. Highly reccomended

The best most organized tour I have ever been on. Our rancher guide was the best, so organized and proffesional yet fun and personable. He made the entire day a true memorable experience. The horses were well trained and resonded to every command, Just top of the line tour. The best thing too was you were able to gallop on this tour not just trot the entire time. So far the best experience I have had in Mexico thus far in my two weeks into my stay in Mexico. I dont want to get my tour guides name wrong but it started with E.
