First there was an hour of arrival delay of the cruise ship to the Port, then the ship let the passengers with NCL organized tours off the ship first before letting the passengers with independent tour groups go. We could not start our tour until 11:30 am (which supposed to start at 8:30 am). Our guide Marina was so amazing that she arranged the times of each attractions so that we could finish all the attractions we were supposed to visit. We have a wonderful time in the two days of tour. There were only 5 of us in a comfortable van and so the in-and-out of each attraction was very flexible and fast (instead of the waiting for a large group of people in a big bus organized by the cruise tours). Marina was a wonderful lady and was very helpful and attentive in guiding our tour.

Nadja did a wonderful job of presenting the historical perspective of St. Petersburg and it'ssignificance in Russian history. I felt as if I really understood the essence of the city and the progression of rulers. Strongly recommend this to anyone traveling to St. Petersburg.

First of all there was someone waiting for us very patiently outside immigration for several hours. Rest of the team had left. The manager then rushed us in her car to join the rest of the group, driving for an hour. It was a tiring two day tour. Our guide had a ton of information about every place. The tour agency was able to help us bypass long lines at several places. We saw very long lines. Our tour group was very small - less than 10. Suitable for better camaraderie which prevailed. Our tour guide made arrangements for vegetarian food also at the restaurants. We even had a good, responsible driver.

Two splendid days touring St.Petersburg with our guide Marina and driver Andrew. We saw as much as could be fitted into two days and in a really comfortable manner. Marina was a mine of information, and she was very kind and thoughtful to this passenger an 85-year-old lady. I had booked the Viator tour having done tours with them in the past and cannot speak too highly of them. This tour is really worthwhile.
