The tour was good, and made us realise how much there is to see in that place, but absolutely disappointed with Viator, who I found untrustworthy and would not want to go with them again. Their booking system sucks bit time.

We were in a small group of just 4, plus our guide. What a pleasure to just walk past the long queue and straight up to the entrance without waiting. Queues can be extremely long so paying a little extra to skip it is definitely worth it. Our guide, Ilya, was awesome. Very knowledgeable and made the visit even more interesting with all the anecdotes he gave us. Try to get him as your guide, you won't regret it.

We were going to do on our own but so glad we did this. Great guide took us in via small entrance with no queue and then very informative tour packed with information. Only seven in our group so managed to be navigated efficiently through very busy museum full of large tour groups. Highly recommended
